I encourage you to make it a habit to express gratitude and appreciation on a regular basis.
Gratitude journals are a great way to slow down and really focus on what is working in your life.
Daily tapping is another way to anchor your gratitude list. Utilize this tapping sequence or create your own tapping session for gratitude and appreciation.

Stop tapping. Take a deep breath in, and release it out. Close your eyes and allow the feelings of gratitude and appreciation to flow in your body. Allow images of what is working in your life to flow through your inner vision. Stay in this feeling for as long as you time to do so.
*Use this tapping sequence in the morning and enjoy the rest of your day.
